Casting

Die casting of aluminium is carried out in robotic machines with associated reworking operations – such as deburring, trimming, tumbling, blasting, X-raying, 3D measurement and spectrometer analysis.

Machining

We produce and supply machined components made of steel, stainless steel, brass, automatic steel and aluminium.

Welding

Robot welding and manual welding, with maximum precision and certified personnel. State-of-the-art equipment and the option of welding safety-classified parts.

Assembly

We offer component and system assembly and testing in accordance with customers’ specific wishes. For optimum logistics, we can assemble your parts on site prior to delivery.

Tooling

AGES develops and manufactures casting tools that meet customer requirements for first-class products. By having access to the entire value chain, we ensure the high demands of the market on cost efficiency and short lead times.
