AGES Class B shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm First North Premier since May 16, 2014.

The share capital in AGES amounts to SEK 36.2 million divided amongst 7,233,548 shares, 1,822,000 of which are Class A shares and 5,411,348 are Class B shares with a quoted value of SEK 5 per share. Each A share gives entitlement to ten votes and each B share to one vote, all with equal right to allocation.

Dividend policy

It is the aim of the Board of Directors that dividends over an extended period will follow the earnings trend and correspond to at least 30 per cent of profit after tax. However, the annual dividend proportion must be viewed in relation to investment needs.
