Incentive programme

Information about outstanding incentive programmes for senior executives in the group.

AGES Industri AB have an Incentive programme for managers and senior executives in the group. The purpose of the program is among other things that executives within AGES Group through its own investment be able to take part in and work for a positive value development of the company’s shares and thereby achieve increased common interest between them and the company’s shareholders. The purpose of the program is also to help executives increase their shareholding in the company in long terms. The incentive programs are based on call opitons for Series B shares. Outstanding programs include:

The 2021 Annual General Meeting resolved on a program comprising 250 000 call options regarding Series B shares. The exercise price is SEK 73,20. The options can be exercised no later than June 2024.
