Remuneration

Remuneration and other employment terms for senior executives must be on market terms. In addition to a fixed basic salary, senior executives may receive variable remuneration. The variable remuneration must be linked to measurable criteria that must be designed to promote the business strategy and long-term interests of the company, including its sustainability. The criteria shall be set annually by the Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors. More detailed guidelines for remuneration of senior executives are available in the “Directors’ Report” in the Annual Report for the year.
